Aaemsmi’s Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and protection of your personal information by Aaemsmi. All terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to the same in the User Agreement/Terms of Use of Aaemsmi. Aaemsmi is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that you retain your privacy while availing/using aaemsmi.com (“Aaemsmi”) (we, our Services, us) and the Services available on Aaemsmi. Personal Information

Aaemsmi collects information which enhances your experience with us.

This ranges from identifiable information & linkable information

We collect your personal information (“Personal Information”) as shared by members of your company and/or our partners to facilitate Aaemsmi group sign up activities and when you sign up on Aaemsmi to create your Account to become a Aaemsmi member (”Member”) and create your profile. Personal Information means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and any and all details that may be requested while any Member visits or uses Aaemsmi.

Additional information about yourself, your business and Company, your contacts and other information, if included in your profile at your sole discretion, could enrich your experience on Aaemsmi. Your profile details may be shared with our partners for analytical purposes and to contact you in connection with its product and service offerings.

When you link your Facebook or Google account or any other third-party account services to Aaemsmi, we get access to basic information, including but not restricted to your name and email address, from these accounts in order to create your account on Aaemsmi. In addition, as you permit Aaemsmi, we may also access contact information like of your friends and contacts from these accounts to enrich your networking experience on Aaemsmi.

The information that we receive from these services may also depend on your settings and their privacy policies too. Hence, we advise you to check those details too.

Device & log information

Aaemsmi collects or determines device & log information to analyse trends to help improve the overall experience 

When you view and interact with Aaemsmi pages, features, and functionality, including Aaemsmi mobile applications, features(like adding to your profile, participating in Groups and Company Buzz, uploading contacts, Chats etc) and platform technology (like “Share on Aaemsmi” buttons or third party applications), we also collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile carrier, and your ISP, and receive the URLs of sites from which you arrive or leave Aaemsmi, or sites that have embedded Aaemsmi.

Cookies

Through cookies and other technologies that allow us to recognize you, we customize your experience, and serve content, offers, features, information, messages, advertisements etc., on and off Aaemsmi, when you participate in initiatives offered by Aaemsmi or by third parties on Aaemsmi including surveys, polls or other third party research undertaken with your consent.

Linking Third Party Sites & Information Sync with Aaemsmi

You may choose to import or sync your information, link information or your Account onto Aaemsmi, as it would help enhance your experience on Aaemsmi. In addition you may also link third party sites, applications with Aaemsmi. You will be required to provide information not related to Aaemsmi. 

We may share information, as required, with our Affiliate Partners to help them offer you privileges and their services in the most appropriate manner. 

In order to fulfil your requests for services that require payments, we may share your payment information with our payment processor(s)/payment gateway partner(s) and other fulfilment agencies.

In case, you declined such a request, you will be requested to input such details every time you need to connect with such third party sites for transacting.

Advertising and Web Beacons

We may serve our own ads and may also allow third party advertisements and/or messages on Aaemsmi to Members and Visitors.

We may also include a file, called a Web beacon, for research and analysis of your site usage behavior.

How this information is used

We use Personal Information you provide to:
a. display your profile to prospective and existing Aaemsmi Members, through searches within and outside Aaemsmi including in the form of your eBiz card, profile and in other forms to identify content and other inputs posted by you as a part of content contributed or other activities performed by you on Aaemsmi

b. authenticate, administer your Account with us and to assist, support, orient, coach and to tailor/customize your experience on Aaemsmi through the presentation of, including but not limited to, contextually relevant content, offers, messages, advertisements etc. 

c. provide you Service(s)and/or promotional communications through email, SMS and other forms of communication including but not limited to notices on Aaemsmi and based on your message preferences either directly or through our Affiliate Partners.

d. connect you to other Aaemsmi and community Members to provide greater opportunities for you to grow the business of your Company

e. Perform actions initiated by you & perform actions which will help you grow your business on Aaemsmi

f. data analysis

g. surveys, polls

h. provide important communications and notices

i. searches on and outside Aaemsmi

j. resolving queries & other communication through our helpdesk

k. to comply with legal matters

l. sharing relevant information with partner and third party-sites

m. for you to communicate with other Members on Aaemsmi which may include, but is not limited to, messages, shares, comments with linked & un-linked Members, or outside Aaemsmi. All such content shared will be shared by you via Aaemsmi features and functions or with each other. Such content may be available for others to view unless specified & you are advised to exercise caution before posting content which you may deem to be confidential or violate your or any other Member rights.

Please note that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide Personal Information to third parties without your consent except where it is necessary to carry out your instructions (to process your payment information, for example) or to add efficiencies and economies to our systems and operating processes.

Your Information Choices

You may:
a.  Review, enhance or edit your Personal Information through your settings and your personal profile page 

b.  Control the messages you receive from Aaemsmi and other Members within and outside of your network on Aaemsmi

c.  Change your profile and manage your network on Aaemsmi to control visibility and accessibility through Aaemsmi

d.  Control whether Aaemsmi uses your name and profile photo in social ads; and

e.  Close/Delete your Aaemsmi Account

Your obligations to other Members

Misuse and unlawful use of Member/User Information

While using the Services offered on Aaemsmi you are also obligated to respect the information of other Members/users of Aaemsmi and not misuse the access you have through search, networking facilities and other means available on Aaemsmi. You must also endeavor to maintain confidentiality of other Member’s Personal Information and transactions if the same are shared with you. 

In case of any abuse or alleged abuse of the privacy of other Members/users, Aaemsmi (Aaemsmi) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take appropriate action against you in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Use.

Important information

Consent to providing us your information

You consent that the information you provide us on Aaemsmi, about yourself or your business, is ‘authorized’ and voluntary on your part. 

From time to time, we may add or enhance services available on Aaemsmi. To the extent these services are provided, and used by you, we will use the information you provide to facilitate the service requested. For example, if you email us with a question, we will use your email address, name, nature of the question, etc. to respond to your question. We may also store such information to assist us in making Aaemsmi better and easier to use.

Company Admin Responsibilities

The Company Admin of your Company will be provided additional controls to monitor Company information and activities and that of its Members. Your Company Admin may be acquainted with additional information regarding your use of Company related modules and functions on Aaemsmi. 

In addition, the Company Admin will be able to allow, deny usage of functions and activities and also assign authority to the Members of the Company.

Modifications to Aaemsmi Privacy Policy

We review our Privacy Policy from time to time, and we may make periodic changes to the policy in connection with that review. Therefore, you may wish to bookmark this page and/or periodically review this page to make sure you have the latest version. 

Notice of all changes that materially affect ways in which your Personal Information may be used or shared will be posted in updates to our Privacy Policy. These changes will be enforced once posted in the Aaemsmi Privacy Policy. 

If you do not agree to the revised terms you may close your Account on Aaemsmi.

Information Security

Personal information you provide will be secured in accordance with industry standards and technology. Since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Aaemsmi. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, copied, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. You are responsible for exercising caution while selecting and managing your Aaemsmi signin/access credentials (including the single sign-on access), maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and Account information, and for controlling access to your email communications at all times.

Third Party Links & Redirections

Aaemsmi contains links from and to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you may be entering another website for which Aaemsmi has no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all such sites as their policies may be materially different from this Privacy Policy. Of course, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, and your Aaemsmi membership account information. Please be very careful, responsible, and alert with this information, especially whenever you are online.

Closing your Aaemsmi Account/Deletion of Personal Information

You may request to delete your account in two ways:

1. Via your Settings>Close Account

2. An email at [email protected] your registered email ID

You must ensure that you have cleared all your commitments and dues. 

Once you apply for a request your Personal Information is suitably deleted from Aaemsmi, except to comply with statutory and legal requirements. If any content is shared on the platform, these are retained. Only your identifiable information is deleted. In case you request complete deletion of your data, please send us a verifiable request at [email protected].

Store Owners in addition, must also close all open orders and ensure there are no pending orders. You also need to provide an explicit consent that the store is free of any liabilities.

Any communication directed toward you will be routed to your latest communication address with us.

Legal Obligations& Compliance

We may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Aaemsmi’s or any or all of its affiliates, associates, employees, directors or officer’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that we may have to a third party, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.
